Austin Pet's Alive (APA) is not your average animal shelter. They pioneer comprehensive, innovative programs designed to save animals most at risk for euthanasia.

APA came to my design team for rebranding and improving customer experience. We performed many research methods to gather conclusions and subsequently position APA to align with the wider audience of Austin, Texas. We focused on their thrift stores, website design, and GTM strategy.
